Krystal seems to always get hate over her cold looking expressions and she is constantly being called out about attitude problems. Most recent was her appearance in MAMA and how some thought she was being rude by not smiling and by looking upset.

Not only knetz called her out on it, but also ifans seemed to agree on the comments below which was surprising to me. Many also told me that she should fake a smile since she's celebrity and that is her job.
For me it seems like this is simply how Krystal is, that she wasn't really upset during MAMA's nor that she is rude and uncaring person either, but to me she seems to be serious and shy person who also has case of "bitch face" which often gets her into trouble. I wonder why people see this as something bad and something she should change instead of letting her be like that and maybe even embracing it? Many idols have bit of eccentric personalities that kpop fans embrace rather than dislike like 4D idols, aliens like TOP and BOM, other idols with resting bitch faces like Sehun & Hoya etc. So I don't understand why Krystal can't be just accepted and why it's always issue when she appears somewhere.
I have to admit that I personally like her being like this, of course I don't like her getting hate, but I simply think that she's cool and simply being herself. I have to wonder if this is bit cultural thing as well, since in Finland where I'm from people are usually more reserved and seem cold when compared to other countries so that's maybe why I don't see any problem with Krystal and her attitude.. when in return Krystal's personality and expressions might be something very rude in the Korea. Huh, I guess that's another reason why I shouldn't never move to Korea XD Krystal in return might like it here..
