Here's a list of girl groups I feel like are falling apart/experiencing a decline in the entertainment industry
SNSD - I think SNSD hit it strong with IGAB. It got them lots of attention in Korea and internationally. Ever since IGAB, their comebacks have slightly been getting worse. Mr. Mr wasn't that bad in my opinion, and the album was alright. I hope SNSD doesn't continue on the path of Party/Lion Heart/You Think, because for my taste they were all lower than my expectations
KARA - Kara has been losing popularity fast. I think ever since the lineup change Kara has never sounded the same. I actually really liked Mamma Mia, but Cupid was just a mess for me. I don't exactly know why Kara has been losing popularity, but they deserve better songs. I hope Kara is able to regain the high popularity they once had.
Miss A - What even happened to Miss A? A couple years ago they seemed to be doing very well, but now no one even talks about them anymore. I was pretty excited when they announced Miss A's comeback this year, but in the end it fell a little flat. One of the biggest things I notice with Miss A is their member chemistry. Honestly, Miss A doesn't seem like a complete group. The members always seem distant from each other, and they only come together for comebacks. I don't think Miss A is in trouble at the moment, but their lack of group chemistry makes it seem like their falling apart.
After School - I never really got into After School until "First Love". It's sad to see that this might be their third year of not having a comeback. I don't understand why they don't have enough money to make a comeback. After School is one of the most talented girl groups out there. As bad as it sounds, it's probably up to Seventeen to take in more money.
9 Muses - I don't understand why 9Muses are so unpopular. I don't expect them to have amazing sales, but they've had three comebacks this year and they still haven't won? If this keeps up, idek if there will still be a 9muses.
T-ARA - Honestly "So Crazy" was not that bad in my opinion. Sugar Free was also a killer song. Is that old bullying scandal really holding back T-ARA? I can understand if they had a decline for a year, but did it really carry on till this day? T-ARA honestly deserves to back as one of the top tier groups again. But I don't know if they ever will.
2NE1 - 2NE1 isn't doing bad by any means, but even though I love CL and I'm looking forward to her American debut, 2NE1 needs a comeback.
